Story
UNDERTALE is an indie RPG Game developed from Toby Fox, officialy released in 2015 after the immense success of the demo, which was released initially in 2013. Story is around the tale of Frisk, who, one day, fell in the Underground from a hole in Mt. Ebott in 201X, where monsters were bandished after a war against humankind. One of the notable features of the game is that in base on the player's choices, the game will change more and more, obtaining many different endings, making any different action relevant to the game due to the consequences of them changing the game world.
Toby Fox, later on from 2018, has started to release chapters of another game called Deltarune, which despite being a totally different universe, still uses elements from UNDERTALE, with the development of the various chapters still being in progress.
Power
UNDERTALE is a pretty strong verse, with Low to Mid Tiers being Wall to Small Building in power and up to Massively Hypersonic in speed, while God Tiers are High Multiversal with Immeasurable speed. In Hax the verse doesen't lack either, due to them having high levels of SOUL Manipulation, Danmaku, Time Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, Reality Warping and many more.

Note
Statistics scaling is canon to UNDERTALE due to it being acknowledged in lore, and thus can be used to determine the actual ratings of the characters. However, it should be noted that due to it being not linear in nature given the various feats attributed to the values, Moldsmal not being one-shotted from a LV 2 Chara despite having 0 as DEF and Snowdrake's Mother dealing regular damage despite her having literally negative ATK, the scaling shouldn't be taken linearly, but just used to determine who is stronger between the characters.
To follow the non linear nature of the STATs scaling, the tiers given to the characters, based on the calculations above, are the following for the Attack Potency/Durability:
- ATK or DEF which is from 0 to 19: Wall, as LV 1 Frisk with base DETERMINATION, who has 0 DEF, has a 836.8 Kilojoules durability feat, with higher STATs upscaling from it.
- ATK or DEF which is from 20 to 29: As Papyrus, who has 20 ATK, downscales from Mettaton, who has 30 ATK, given that the gap isn't too high, this value scales from baseline Small Building.
- ATK or DEF which is 30 or above: Small Building, due to scaling from Mettaton's feat of 0.016 Tons, as he has 30 ATK.
Characters with the full power of a Human SOUL scale to 32.02 Tons (City Block).
About Lifting Strenght, instead:
- ATK which is 15 or above: Class 5 via scaling from Greater Dog who should should be comparable to this 1985.77194 Kg feat.
- ATK which is 20 or above: Class 10 via scaling from Papyrus, who has a 6337.17 Kg feat.
