The ability to bestow power upon another. With this ability user can grant another individual/s new abilities or even new form. Note that just because one can grant a power to another, does not mean bestower itself can use said powers; it must be stated that said ability can grant the user the ability as well. Usually the extent of the power granted is not superior to that of the granter, however it could be granted it is cultivated with training or a level up in tier itself.
