Summary
Natsu Dragneel is a Mage of the Fairy Tail Guild, wherein he is a member of Team Natsu. He is the younger brother of Zeref Dragneel, having originally died 400 years ago, being subsequently revived as his brother's most powerful Etherious: E.N.D.. Natsu is also among the five Dragon Slayers sent to the future from four hundred years past, having an additional purpose in the assistance of the defeat of Acnologia.
One year after defeating Acnologia and Zeref, he and his team accepted a 100 years quest mission that no one ever managed to complete including Gildarts. Now his job is to either slay or seal the magic power of the Dragon Gods.

Intelligence: Average. However he is creative with his application of fire and figures out several things related to his opponent mid-fight, he has high combat intelligence despite his apparent low IQ.
Stamina: Very High. He can keep fighting after having his entire body pierced several inches deep by tens of Aldoron's spikes.
Range: Several kilometers in base to Tens of kilometers with Dragon Force (His purgatory dragon fire extended at least this far)

Arsenal
- Igneel's Scarf: It is a scarf given to Natsu by his foster father, which he always wears to remember him by. The scarf is white, decorated with scale-like patterns, and serves as good-luck charm of sorts, warding off misfortune. When Natsu was hit by Zeref's Ankhseram Black Magic, the scarf served as his shield, but the exposure to the Magic caused it to turn black. During the time it was tainted, Wendy was unable to heal Natsu, so, in order to heal him, she had to reverse and remove the evil spell on the scarf.
Noteworthy Techniques and Abilities
Fire Dragon Slayer Magic: Dragon Slayer Magic lets the user penetrate a Dragon's scales which are otherwise impenetrable to any wizard. Dragon Slayers can consume their own element (whether it be in natural state or magical) to replenish their magic and they can be considered nigh-immune to it. Temperature of Natsu's flames increases depending on his emotional state, this is called the "Flame of Emotion", he even managed to "burn time" in his fight against Zeref with his flame of emotion. Natsu is very creative with his usage of Fire Dragon Slayer Magic, it includes propelling himself with his flames, clinging to surfaces by solidifying his flames and propelling individual parts of his body with fire. Natsu isn't just limited to fire, he can eat/negate any heat based attacks (like Explosions) as we see with Jackal.
Fire Dragon King Mode: During the one year time-skip, Natsu trained to store and manipulate Igneel's remaining power bequeathed to him, Natsu is capable of using the power of the Fire Dragon King. Even though Igneel's power dried out, Natsu can still use the power of a Fire Dragon King using his own flames instead of Igneel's. He managed to one shot Jacob who was previously fighting on par with him as soon as he used Fire Dragon King mode.
- Fire Dragon King's Purgatory: Natsu releases a huge amount of fire all over his body while intensely burning his target and everything around him before creating a spherical explosion.
- Fire Dragon King's Brilliant Flame: Natsu charges up a dark ball of fire from his palms and focuses the blast in the direction of his target. While being empowered by a Fire Dragon God-induced Dragon Force, Natsu is able to use this spell and overpower Mercphobia's Dragon Roar.
Dragon Force: Dragon Force immensely amps the user's strength, speed and reflexes as they get closer to the state of a Dragon, indicated by the growth of scales on their bodies. In the 100 years quest it is revealed Natsu managed to integrate the Dragon flames he has consumed before (such as Atlas Flames' fire, Igneel's fire and Ignia's fire) into his own fire. He got strong enough to overwhelm a weakened God Seed Aldoron in this state. Aldoron was shocked by this power and asked if he intends to burn the world with his power, portraying how powerful this state made Natsu.
Dragon Force
- Purgatory Dragon Fire: Natsu ignites his fist with intense swirling flames and then charges at his opponent and punching them. The attack produces a powerful explosion, with the resulting complete attack being strong enough to pierce through the bodies of the God Seed Aldoron and the Wood Dragon God, whilst simultaneously incinerating his target to ashes.
Purgatory Dragon Fire
Ignia's Flames: Natsu gained a massive amp after consuming Ignia's flames and integrating them into his body, in his Dragon Force state triggered by Ignia's flames he managed to absolutely overwhelm Mercphobia who was previously in a different dimension of power compared to him. His flames are described to be capable of burning the earth, the sea and the sky. Despite it's power, this state has it's own downsides. Natsu went berserk after consuming Ignia's fire and wanted to burn Mercphobia into ashes even after he defeated him even though he was eventually stopped by Lucy.

Thought Projection Magic: Natsu is capable of creating a Thought Projection of himself after having his soul separated from his body by Wraith as well as fight against him. He is invisible and intangible in this state, he can also give his soul a shape and form what he desires. Even though Natsu eventually forgot how to separate his soul from his body.
