Summary
Magane Chikujoin (築城院 真鍳, Chikujōin Magane) is a creation summoned by Altair in the Real World but chose to remain neutral while at first being evil and finally helping the creators at the end in saving all of Creation. She is originally the main antagonist in the light novel and anime series Record of the Night Window Demon (夜窓鬼録 Yasōkiroku). She is a criminal who murdered the entire student body of Korougamine Academy in "Sougenkyu Murder Case" in the fifth volume of her series. Her special power is the ability to reverse cause and effect which is called the Infinite Deception of Words.

Noteworthy Techniques and Abilities
- Infinite Deception of Words: Magane's ability is to reverse cause and effect by making someone deny what she says. Once her ability has bent reality, it stays in effect. For example, Magane can make her opponent's abilities have no effect on her by making him deny her statement that she's immune to his powers. The opponent's affirmation that his powers will work will trigger Magane's ability to make his powers ineffective and once that happens, their ability will no longer be able to affect her at all. She can also steal her opponent's abilities in a similar manner. Additionally, she was able to allow Souta to bypass the audience acceptance requirement in order to revive Setsuna as a creation.
