Introduction
Ability to manipulate cold and Ice. This ability gives power to control coldness, and is a variation of Water Manipulation.
User can create, shape or manipulate ice. Some normal usage being ability to freeze water, ability to freeze surroundings or materialization of water in a form of water, while the high-end usages being Absolute Zero and Time Stop.

- Ability to freeze water molecules in the air or the body

- Pseudo Intangibility by turning into Ice
- Flight
- Ability to replenish, regenerate or increase stats with Ice
- Ice absorption
- Ability to copy attacks based on Ice
