Story[]

Fairy Tail is the story of Lucy Heartfilia and Natsu Dragneel of the Fairy Tail guild. Lucy left home in order to become part of a mage's guild and after running into some trouble she meets Natsu Dragneel whom invites her to Fairy Tail which she happily joins. In this world filled with mages and guilds, there is constant competition. However, like in everything there is a dark side to the coin and there are also plenty dark mages out there. Mysteriously disappearing dragons, Zeref the death mage, Acnologia the black dragon king, dragon slayers, demons are some of the things besides the ordinary rouge mages that they have to worry about.

Power[]

The series has been somewhat inconsistent and slow in its power progression. It started with around large building level feats and after two hundred chapters it was still only Town level (aside from a City Level feat from Makarov with his strongest spell). During the early, generally agreed to be best arcs of the series the verse's power was around Town level. Before they reach their first time-skip the main cast still only reach about Town+, with potentially much stronger characters introduced and before they reach their second time-skip they end around City to Mountain level. In the final Alvarez arc, the High-Tiers like most Spriggans reach Island level and the Top-Tiers like August and Irene reach Country level. The speed of the verse started off pretty low with only a few debatably consistent supersonic showings, but it soon reached High Hypersonic+ to Massively Hypersonic while still in it's early stages with the introduction of Laxus and his Lightning Magic and is currently sitting in the Sub-Relativistic range thanks to Deus Sema and Erza who reacted to it with no problem, even giving a speech while it was only a short distance away. Fairy Tail has good Hax like Death Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, types of Existence Erasure including one on Conceptual level and one from the space-time, Time Manipulation, Law Manipulation, Transmutation, Spatial Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Immortality, various types of intangibilities, Non-Corporeality, Mass and Size Manipulation, Memory Manipulation, Deconstruction, Telepathy, Instant Copy-Nullification of Magic, Regressing someone to their previous self, Sound which can result in death to whoever hears it even by transmission, etc... however most of them are subject to "No Limits Fallacy" within the verse all too clear by having amped Neinhart being able to ignore Brandish's Command-T due to the difference in power.

The verse has extremely strong weapons. The Magic Council of Ishgar is in possession of a Continent level weapon orbiting the Planet called Etherion, it can wipe out an entire country in one shot. Fiore is also in possession of a Multi-Continent level magic staff known as "Dragon Cry", it can discharge magic power equivalent to dozens of Etherion blasts. Despite these weapons, it's been stated there is no human weapon that can work against a Dragon God and Zeref stated humanity has nothing to oppose Acnologia, which is true since Acnologia has already conquered the world in another timeline. But Zeref still believed he would be able to match after he obtains the Fairy Heart.

Coming to characters who are conditionally capable of using attacks on the level of a God-Tier, a canon movie of Fairy Tail, "Fairy Tail: Phoenix Priestess" shows the Phoenix which can destroy the world with a blast formed by sucking up magic power from all Life-Forms. In 100 Years Quest, a monster called "Alta Face" has been introduced. It is the source of the Elentir's magic power and can erase the world with an explosion by inflating it with magic power.

Weaker God-Tiers of the verse like Dragon Force Natsu, Fairy Heart Zeref, weakened God Seed Aldoron scale to at least Multi-Continent level, Possibly Planet level whereas stronger God-Tiers of the verse like Pre-ROT Acnologia and Igneel are likely Planet level due to not being far inferior and somewhat comparable to the God Dragons. Strongest God-Tiers like Post-ROT Acnologia and the Dragon Gods are at least Planet level thanks to Selene changing the Moon's size passively by getting serious.

Dragon Force is at least a 3x multiplier for both Power and Speed (Wendy's Dragon Force after her enchantments wore off turned out to be > her Enchantments which amped her power, speed, defense several times over. We see this with both Ezel and a much earlier version of X784 Natsu's Dragon Force was stated to amp his power by 2 to 3 times)
Dragon Form is also considered as a 3x Multiplier for both Power and Speed since it is far superior to Dragon Force
Do not stack the speed multiplier again for someone's Dragon form if their Base speed is already obtained by stacking it once. Not only would it come under calc stacking but most importantly results in inflation of speed without proper feats near that Tier after some point.
Do not back-scale from Dragon Force. The "3x" is a low-end, it is not the upper limit of the multiplier.
