The ability to project energy, ergo releasing energy in a form of concentrated beams, blasts or burst of energy, frequently for offensive purposes. Its flexibility and applications varies for different medias, ranging from simple destructive blasts to more complex usages.
Its a subset of Energy Manipulation. In series like Dragon Ball or Saint Seiya you will come accross many characters that can compress their attacks and project it, which wont be destructive in nature but their potency would be able to affect Big Bang, Celestial or even higher level threats.
