Bill Cipher

Summary

Bill Cipher is the main villain of Gravity Falls, and is a triangular dream demon who exists in the Mind/Dreamscape, secretly being responsible for many of the most important events of and leading up to the show. Years ago, he found Stanford Pines while travelling across realities, and while initially he acted as a friend for him, later it was revealed that he was just tricking him into making his portal device in a connection between Standord's universe and the Nightmare Realm, the Bill Cipher's home dimension, allowing the latter to invade the universe along with his friends. Ford permanentely shut down the portal to prevent that from happening, however, Bill Cipher could later return after that Gideon Gleeful summoned him. After getting defeated at the beginning from Dipper Pines and his friends, in the latest episodes Bill Cipher managed to return, gaining also a physical form, starting to spread chaos and destruction across the city of Gravity Falls, eventually destroying everything else in existence.

Non-Corporeal (While in his Mindscape form, exists as a non-corporeal mind made out of pure energy), Non-Physical Interaction, Immortality (Types 1 and 6), Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2 and possibly 3), Quantum Manipulation (By technicalities, Bill is made up by mathematical probability from existing in a state of quantum uncertainty based on the amount of information found about him, since he is implied to contain numbers inside his body & geometrically-shaped as well mathematics form. Because of this, Bill should not have the requirements a living being has to sustain itself, including probably also the stamina), Dream Manipulation (Can enter in other people's dreams and manipulate them), Precognition (Can accurately predict future events and a "kaleidoscope of temporal probability with fluctuating range"), Clairvoyance (Can see into events occurring in different dimensions, including the actions of his infinite variants), Sound Manipulation (Can alter his own voice), Social Influencing (Was able to trick Dipper in a deal from using his past, and manipulated as he wanted Stanford for years), Flight (Type 2), Sleep Inducement (Put Mable to sleep from just snapping his fingers), Teleportation (Shown here), Body Control, Shapeshifting, (Can shape-shift himself into other people in order to trick someone and stated that "Trasforming in whatever form people fear most" is one of the things it finds funny to do), Size Manipulation (Can change its own size and shape as it likes; "Bending its own fingers" is one of the things Bill finds funny to do), Acausality (Type 4: Could live in the Nightmare Realm, a lawless place where even the laws of physics don't apply, for 1 trillion years), Time Manipulation (Stopped time upon first appearing), Telekinesis, Light Manipulation, Darkness Manipulation (Stalked Dipper as a shadow), Life Manipulation, Creation (Can create things from nothing like a screaming head), Duplication (Shown here), Mind Manipulation, Telepathy and Limited Possession (Can enter other people's minds, read their thoughts and exist within minds, other than being heavily implied that it can manipulate minds in this way, like when it possessed Ford and messed up with his memories and stated that "Eating childhood memories" is one of the most funny things to do), Gravity Manipulation (Can turn things upside down. Can attract a deer's teeth to itself, and give them back), Retrocognition (Shown to Dipper past events), Time Travel (Appeared in the dreams of Blendin, who is from the future. His real powers plus Regeneration (High-Mid. Could regenerate from his eye and arms after that his body has been completely shattered. Intelligence: Super Genius (Is said to know "lots of things", such as the truth of many well-known conspiracies as well as future events, like the destruction of Gideon-bot and that Gideon Gleeful would go to prison. Has at least 1 trillion years of experience. Immensely more intelligent than Stanford, a genius who could create a machine who uses space-time. Bill is also able to look through the eye of anything that is made in his image, allowing him to know what occurs even when he isn't around. Stamina: Possibly Limitless (Didn't recognize being tired when in Dipper's body, implying it was something new to him), Varies via Possession || Possibly Limitless (As before. Claimed to have infinite power)

High Multiversal+ with Clairvoyance, Dimensional Travel and Time Travel (Can travel across and tamper with realities, other than being one of the most feared beings in the multiverse, which is infinite. Can also see the actions of all his infinite variations at the same time), Varies via Possession || Up to High Multiversal+ (His abilities can extend up to the entirety of existence)

Weakness: Will do irrational things at times and he is extremely cocky and arrogant. Bound inside of Gravity Falls due to it being an incredibly powerful magnet for weirdness. His regeneration seems to take a bit of time as he complained about how long it took him to regenerate his eye back. While he is in someone's mind, memory erasure can be used to erase him. However, as hinted by clues such as a hidden incantation Bill spoke in reverse, he can eventually return from being erased.
