Berta Mori Weiggert is one of the six members of the Governing Council, belonging to the Fraternity, the male wing of the Council. She is a second-year student at the Academia.

- Limited Cracking (Arts are stated[1] to be a sliver of the divine power, an expression of the Cracking Effect,[1] albeit limited in comparison to true Cracking,[2] which can warp and control physics[3])
- Technology Manipulation (Her Art lets her control any object with a human form,[4] including automatons. Can pilot her megamaton,[4] which causes normal humans to pass out due to how hard it is to pilot)
- Statistics Amplification (Her Art can strengthen[4] any human-like objects in her possession)
- Analytical Prediction (Berta was able to keep up with Tesla,[4] despite his superior speed, due to being able to predict[4] where he would be in advance[4])
- Enhanced Senses (The Supreme Six can sense[5] the presence of others.[5] Berta can also sense the emotions of others[2])
- Non-Physical Interaction (Her Laevateinn can attack both the physical and ethereal.[4] It is also embedded with a hex and Green Stone, which can allow her to harm beings of fantasies and illusions such as Tesla. The Green Stone was also stated as having been able to harm and kill Old Ones, which are formless entities who are manifestations of nature that once permeated the world,[6] illusions that were dreamt up by humanity[7])
- Kenjutsu & Weapon Mastery (Is skilled in the use of her Laevateinn in both its sword and long handled form,[4] enough to be able to fight and keep up with Tesla's lightning attacks and thunderblades[4])
- Limited Dimensional Travel (Members of the Supreme Six can create and go to the Cracking Field, which is formed with Cracking and exists within a rift in reality[8])
- Law Manipulation (Arts lie beyond the reach of all science, beyond the bounds of logic itself[9])
- Mind Manipulation & Perception Manipulation (Learned how to protect herself[4] from Coercive Suggestion, which works via mesmorology,[4] a field of study that is about the mind/psyche.[11] Coercive Suggestion controls the senses[8] and memories of their targets.[8] Tesla's existence cause others to forget him after a few years,[12] and yet the Golden Eyes let[12] the Supreme Six remember him[12])
- Possible Resistance to Heat Manipulation, and Vibration Generation (The armor of the members of Gahkthun's Governance Council is made of Central Ore,[13] which is possibly similar to Elysium, which can't be changed by physical shock, and heat[13])
- Heat Manipulation & Radiation Manipulation (Typhon's eye is a thermal radiation device,[4] which can be used to melt things[4])

Intelligence: Genius (Every student at the Academia is gifted,[8] talented in some way with a good grounding in their field. Can easily manipulate and guide dozens of complex systems of complex science in order to control her Automaton Typhon,[4] which is a weapon which is described only in theory even by the most cutting-edge science in Europe, as it's considered impossible to construct.[4] She is also a very skilled fighter and strategist, having trained herself able to fight a being as fast as Tesla due to taking notes from Walther informing her of his abilities and keep up with his attacks as well as fight using only her blade and trained body. Even when surrounded on all sides[4] she is skilled enough to deflect countless bolts of lightning.[4] Easily dodged Tesla's swords,[4] which move on less predictable patterns[4] than his lightning bolts. Has perfect accuracy[4] even while falling in the air)

- Art: An Art is a power granted to students of the Academia from the Bell of Gahkthun, the power originating from the Golden King as a limited form of his Cracking. Despite its limited form, as an Art is an expression of Cracking, it is capable of ignoring even the laws of physics, and allows the user to perform any kind of phenomena granted to them.
- Operate: Berta's Art which allows her to control any objects of human form. With it, she is capable of controlling up to 100,000 mindless humanoid automatons simultaneously by herself. She can even use this to control a singular unit, in the form of her Megamaton Typhon. In addition, Berta's Art can also allow her to amplify the power of the object her Art is controlling, increasing their capabilities beyond their normal limits.
