Ability to turn one's opponent's attacks against them. This is a powerful technique, the user is able to perform both offense and defense simultaneously by turning the opponent's attack against them. There are generally limitations on this ability, some common ones being able to work on certain type of power, preperation time, etc.
For characters having no such limitations, this becomes a broken ability, as it is useful against any type of characters. The importance of this ability does not diminish with the increase in Threat levels, it is a powerful technique for any tier of character.
