Introduction
This is an extremely important page of our wiki which serves as a dual purpose of being both the Tiering System as well as AP/DC/Dura page. The Attack Potency (AP) or Destructive Capacity (DC) is as straight forward as its name implies, how much something can destroy. AP/DC is measured by damage capable of being done by a singular attack or technique. On the other hand, the higher levels of the Tiering System is mainly based on the theories of higher dimensions and cardinality, as they come in use whenever we try to quantify the energy yields of characters beyond Universe tier, which can't be done using the conventional laws of physics, thus forcing us to delve more into the realm of metaphysics, with the usage of higher infinities and such.
However, some things should be noted before beginning to read the following list:
- The tiers are also used for Durability, so a character's Attack Potency can also be given from harming a character who has a certain level of Durability, making the destruction of a certain area/construct not the only way to get a tier.
- A character being stronger than someone won't necessarily grant them a higher tier, unless they scale significantly above a feat which has a value mathematically very close to the next tier through a calculation, given that the gaps in power between tiers are very variable and are usually extremely wide.
- As we base ourselves on Dimensionality (as long as said higher dimensions are treated as higher infinities in the verse), the following list will be divided in parts based on the Dimensionality of the following tiers.
- The tiers are divided basing ourselves on our Threat Levels page, in order to give a better organization.
- For a better understanding of the tiers from High Hyper Dimensional+ to Transcendent, we reccomend to check first the meanings of cardinality and the Aleph numbers (ℵ), as well as the vision of this excellent video from Vsauce.
- Tiers which are within 3-Dimensional amounts of power can be expressed in Joules, Tons of TNT or FOE. For the exact numbers which define these tiers, check the Joules Values Chart below.
- “Significantly alter” here means being able to manipulate this kind of structures to a degree that it’s comparable to creation/destruction, such as completely warping said structure, sustaining it from existing, etc.
- Check the Site FAQ for more information on how we handle higher dimensions in tiering and other information on what qualifies for controversial tiers.
The List
Threat level: Imaginary
Characters who are inferior to any 3D level of power due to them being merely part of a lower dimensional universe/lower level of reality, or that can affect in a significant way a space of this level, making the following characters unable to reach any amount of Joules in power.
Note that being a literal drawing or made of a small datas does not qualify for these tiers, as these characters are still 3D, but on a very small scale.
Low Micro Dimensional
Characters who are 0-Dimensional/3 degrees of infinity lower than a 3D reality, or that are able to significantly alter, create or destroy a space of this tier. For simplicity's sake, beings who are even below this level will still be included in this tier.
Micro Dimensional
Characters who are 1-Dimensional/2 degrees of infinity lower than a 3D reality, or that are able to significantly alter, create or destroy a space of this tier.
Micro Dimensional+
Characters who are 2-Dimensional/1 degree of infinity lower than a 3D reality, or that are able to significantly alter, create or destroy a space of this tier.

Threat level: Celestial
Universe
This tier includes characters that are capable of outputting enough energy to create, destroy or significantly affect the entire space of at least the hypotetical full size of the Universe, which is at least of 7 trillions Light Years wide.
High Universe
This tier includes characters that possess infinite energy on a 3-Dimensional scale, this can be demonstrated by either destroying/creating all the matter in an infinite sized universe/pocket dimension or considerably affecting an infinite 3D space. A finite or infinite amount of infinite-sized 3D universes/pocket dimensions which are not separated from any higher dimension or time also qualify for this tier. Large numbers of infinite 3D spaces, unless causally closed from one another by a separate spacetime or existence, only count for a higher level of this tier.
Being infinitely stronger than this level, unless is on an uncountable infinite scale, does not qualify for any higher tier.
Universe+
Characters who can significantly alter, create or destroy the entire space-time continuum of an universe, thus affecting not just the 3D space of it, but also all the physical constituents of said universe at any point in time, completely wiping out the past, present, and future.
This tier can also include higher dimensional spaces or beings which are superior to 3D spaces to the point of them perceiving those are insignificant, infinitesimal and/or fictional.
It should be noted that beginning from Universe+ tier onward calculations about values of destruction become invalid because of them being able to take in account just 3D amounts of power, while tiers which are higher dimensional are superior to them on an uncountable infinite degree.
Threat level: Mobius
Low Multiverse
Characters who can significantly alter, create or destroy a multiverse which ranges in size from 2 to 1000 universal space-time continuums in their entirety, alongside the distance between each of them.
Multiverse
Characters who can significantly alter, create or destroy a multiverse which ranges in size from 1001 to anything below a quadrillion (1015) universes.
Multiverse+
Characters who can significantly alter, create or destroy a multiverse which ranges in size from a quadrillion universes to any higher finite amount which is still definible with a number.
High Multiverse
Characters who can significantly alter, create or destroy a finite multiverse which is made of countless universes, making them able to destroy an amount of universes so big that it cannot be expressed in numbers despite being still finite in size. This tier includes also multiverses which have their amount of universes constantly expanding Ad infinitum at high speeds, or ones which make reference to certain quantum theories such as the Many World Interpretation.
High Multiverse+
Characters who can significantly alter, create or destroy a multiverse made of a countably infinite amount of universes.
Threat level: Omega
Beyond this point, any countable infinite amount of 4D space-time continuums becomes insignificant, given that any degree of power from 5D and above beings who are demonstrably superior to lower dimensions is uncountable infinite times above the previous tiers, due to them being higher levels of existence (or levels of infinity) compared to lower-dimensional constructs, perceiving those as non-existent, fictional and/or infinitesimal in comparison. Because of superiority being needed, merely being an higher-dimensional being is not enough to qualify without proofs of superiority over lower dimensions.
Hyper Dimensional
Characters that can significantly alter, create or destroy a space that is 1 level of infinity above 4D constructs, which, in terms of Dimensionality, corresponds to a 5D space. Equivalently, this level can also be reached by affecting an uncountably infinite amount of universes.
The same applies to places that are 2 to 7 levels of infinity greater than 4D constructs, which correspond to spaces that are 6D to 11D.
Hyper Dimensional+
This tier includes characters able to significantly alter, create or destroy a space which is 8 to any higher finite amounts of infinity greater than 4D constructs. In terms of Dimensionality, this tier includes 12D and up spaces.
High Hyper Dimensional
This tier includes characters able to significantly alter, create or destroy a space which dwarfs 4D constructs by countably infinite degrees of infinity, which in fiction is usually potrayed as a hierarchy made of endless planes of existence, each transcending the previous one to the point is it insignificant in comparison. In terms of Dimensionality, this tier represents Countably Infinite-D spaces.
High Hyper Dimensional+
Characters that far exceed the boundaries of Countably Infinite-D spaces while still bound to dimensional frameworks. In other words, these characters have power over an uncountably infinite quantity of higher dimensions, and the numerical difference between this tier and High Hyper Dimensional can be described as the gap between the natural and real numbers.
While in terms of Dimensionality the "baseline" of this tier would be Uncountably Infinite-D, whose amount of dimensions is ℵ1 in terms of cardinality, this tier extends to also greater cardinal numbers like ℵ2, ℵ3 and so on, infinitely.
Note that to qualify for this tier simply being on the top of an infinite hierarchy of dimensions is not enough, as the character has to be completely beyond said hierarchy and not just being in a level within it.
Threat level: Omni
Beyond this point, characters who qualify for the following tiers essentially transcend all the tiers before due to them being beyond all the kinds of dimensionality and everything tied to it, making the concepts of space, time, physical matter and energy totally irrelevant to them. Spaces that qualify for the following tiers can be the background of dimensional spaces of any size, given their beyond dimensional nature, essentially allowing any amount of higher dimensions to be placed as there are no longer restrictions dimensionally.
Meta Dimensional
Characters who are beyond the very scope of spatiotemporal dimensionality, making any amount of higher dimensions and spaces defined by them completely trivial in comparison. No amount of higher dimensions is enough to reach this level, meaning that this tier can be seen as a place where any amount of higher dimensions can be arbitrarily added or removed from, as it's completely beyond their scope and logic. Because of this, their degree of superiority over the lower tiers can be described as "qualitative", as it's based entirely on the nature of the higher existence, rather than any kind of physical quantity.
Mathematically speaking, these characters can be equated to a Strongly Inaccessible Cardinal, which is a number so big that no amount of ℵ or lesser cardinals can reach it, no matter how many of them are stacked on each other or how many operations with power sets are made.
Meta Dimensional+
Characters who stand at the top of an infinite hierarchy of transcendences over Meta Dimensional.
High Meta Dimensional
Characters who transcend Meta Dimensional ones in the same way that these are above all the previous tiers. Meaning that in a scale of transcendence, these beings are so high that no amount of hierarchies above Meta Dimensional can reach them, even if they're infinite or more.
In a mathematical sense, this tier can be equated to higher cardinals like 1-Inaccessible, which is superior to a Strongly Inaccessible Cardinal similarly to how Meta Dimensional is superior to all of the previous tiers. However, this tier can also extend to bigger cardinals, up to structures like the Von Neumann universe, which is the collection of all the possible sets, cardinals and degrees of infinity.
Transcendent
Characters whose degree of transcendence is so high that they're beyond the difference between dimensionality and un-dimensionality, to the point that neither of these can be used to accurately describe their scale of power. Beings of this caliber have a state of existence that is beyond everything that is possibly conceivable, to the point that the very ideas of "size", "cardinality" and "infinity" no longer apply to them, as said existence exceeds these concepts and every form they can take and be interpreted with.
Like the name says, no amount of possible hierarchies or other kinds of extension over all the previous tiers can reach this tier, as it transcends every possible logic, law, limit and framework that defines everything up to High Meta Dimensional, to the point of being its own framework.
Extra Part
The following is for characters who do not exactly fit any of the previous rating in a conventional way, like their feats being impossible to concretely quantify. Note that none of these tiers are neither above nor below any of the previously listed, but just function as placeholders in case the character cannot have a concrete tier, and thus need to be treated only based on how the verse potrays said characters.
Unknown
This tier includes characters whose power cannot be quantified, given that they lack feats, said feats are too vague or there are other reasons which won't let us know the extent of the power of said characters.
However, it should be reminded that this tier should be assigned on a case-by-case basis, as the reasons why a character has given this tier greatly depends on context, so characters who are both of this tier are not assumed to be equal to each other.
Varies
This tier includes characters who do not have just a tier but multiple of them, as their power varies depending on external factors, an example being with characters getting stronger the angrier they are.
However, to avoid getting cases of No Limits Fallacy, it's highly suggested to write both the minimum and highest tier the character has showcased in the Attack Potency section, as we cannot assume that a character gets stronger than the maximum they've shown (example: Varies from Wall to City Block).
This can apply also for characters who have a lot of weapons or other abilities which have a multitude of tiers different from the user's (example: Small Building physically, Varies from Wall to City with weapons).
Note that characters who are generally just inconsistent with their power levels with no canon reason/explanation do not qualify for this tier, given that the tiering of a character should be given only based on their most consistent showings, with low and high ends being discarded as PIS and Outliers respectively.
Additional Terms
"+" Symbol
The "+" Symbol is given to characters who are in the higher end of a certain tier (check the Joule Values chart below). Even here, a character may qualify for this if they scale to a calculated feat which fits said tier, or they upscale from a calculated feat which is very close to the higher end of that tier.
Example: A is much stronger than B who is Multi Block through performing a feat which is 940 Tons, so A will be Multi Block+.
Likely
This will be given to characters who have a high enough possibility of having a power, given the not too much vagueness of the situation, but still not decisive enough to give a straight-up rating.
Possibly
This is given when the character has a small and vague, but still reasonable possibility of having a tier.
At least
Should be used to denote the lower cap of a character, if the exact value is indeterminate. Usually listed for characters that have done showcased great superiority to their other feats.
At most
Should be used to denote the higher cap of a character, if the exact value is indeterminate. Usually listed for characters that have done a feat that is questionable compared to their other feats.
Higher
Should be used for characters who upscale from their tier, while still being within their tier.
For example:
- Characters who are baseline Large Planet and use a technique, weapon or other factors which increases their power of 2000 times would have their Attack Potency wrote as "Large Planet, higher with X technique"
- Characters who upscale incredibly high from the feat they scale from, but the degree is unknown would have their rating wrote for example as "At least Large Planet, likely higher"
"far higher" can be used as well if a character showcased an extreme amount of superiority to the tier they upscale from, but still not enough to be in the next tier as well.
Lower
Same as Higher, but in reverse, with characters using certain techniques, weapons or other factors which significantly lower their power, but not enough to make them regress to a weaker tier.
Same logic applies to "far lower" ratings as well.
Joules Values Chart
The following chart includes all the Joules Values which the tiers of the list of tiers above makes reference to. You can check here to see which tier would a character after doing a calculation, from seeing which tier would the calculation's result fit in. Remember that it's highly advised to give a tier only after seeing all the calculated (and accepted) feats of the characters and reliably stated multipliers and/or Joule values that correspond with these ratings.

Notes
Following are some important points that you should keep in mind:
- Characters of a higher tier aren't necessarily unbeatable by comparatively lower tier characters, as weaker beings can possess certain abilities or "hax" that hard counter or bypass the capabilitiess of the stronger characters, that is unless the stronger ones are of a higher dimension since at that point, the hax would be useless if it's not shown to work on higher-dimensional beings. However, just possessing Higher-Dimensional power while still being 3-Dimensional still makes a character vulnerable to 3D hax, as they lack the extra axis which would make them immune to anything that is lower-dimensional. Check our Hax page for more information.
- Note that values or yields have been assigned besides each tier to ensure the qualification of an AP/DC/Dura calc to its suitable tier and they are based on calculations done by our Head Calcer MADSOULER, except for the tiers from Dwarf to Superhuman and from Galaxy to Universe, which were upgraded from StrymULTRA. It is to be noted that tiers (up till Universal) are explained here in such a way that a feat or statement of destruction taken at face value would be given that specific tier. For example, Character X being stated to be capable of destroying planets would be considered as Planet tier at face value unless further info or context is specified. However, if further info or context is provided, then the values can change via calculations.
- For our baseline Wall level, we use fragmenting a piece of the wall 0.5 m long and across, and 9 inches thick.
- For our baseline Small Star level, we use the GBE of Proxima Centauri.
- For our baseline Star level, we use the GBE of our Sun.
- Being “omnipotent” and/or the supreme being of the verse is nowhere enough to reach Transcendent, as it falls under the No Limits Fallacy, and their rating needs to be given based on only the character’s own feats and the cosmology of their verse.
- “Significantly alter” here means being able to manipulate this kind of structures to a degree that it’s comparable to creation/destruction, such as completely warping said structure, sustaining it from existing, etc.
